2.Check the box next to Enable Geofence.

3.Type the address of your business in the box that says Add an address.

4.Click the Select drop down to select the radius of your geofence

5. Zoom in/out using the plus (+) or minus (-) button or scroll wheel on your mouse & be sure the pin is in the exact location.

6. Click Save Changes in the top right when finished.

1.Go to Settings on the left side of your screen.

2.Click Basic Info under Location Details.

3.Click the Blue Pencil Icon to the right of the Account Owner's name

4.Click Send me and email on the window that pops up.

5. Click Verify Ownership in the email sent to the email address associated with your Homebase account

6. Choose the active Team Member on your account who you would like to transfer ownership to from the dropdown. Then click Submit.

7. Click Yes, I agree on the verification pop-up.

8. The ownership has been transferred and your personal access will revert to the highest Permission Level available for the location's current plan.

To discourage early clock-outs and minimize unnecessary labor costs, we don't permit employees to clock in more than 5 minutes before their scheduled shift. Is there a way to configure our time clock to prevent early clock-ins?
