When values were still using decimals. This set was valued at 6.2. This was around June 2025. This set was praised for its concept, as well as the execution. This set is also high tier now.
What is the Cherry Blossom set?
Before modern anti-camping adjustments, the beast could stay extremely close to freeze pods with little penalty; an earlier patch increased the required distance from 20 studs to 30 studs in order to combat this.
What is freeze pod camping distance change (or puppyguarding/camping nerf)?
In a major movement update, the beast's door opening time was reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1 second.
What is beast door opening speed buff?
This update added Abandoned Facility Optimus, Laboratory Complex, and Sewer Treatment.
What is the Christmas 2023 / Optimus Update?
This map was added as the 11th map in the game. It had similar layout to very early maps, and included broken doors that some said favored the beast in chases. It was removed to make way for its fully remade version.
What is Nuclear Powerplant?
This gem is apart of a set and isn't typically known. This set is a food item, specifically a dessert. This set features a gem referred to as "Brigadeiro."
What is the Jellybean Cake set?
Before this interaction was disabled for survivors, players used this to fling teammates across the map or intentionally block vents.
What is player collision?
This is a movement that can only be done on certain maps by the beast in order to prevent being slowed down. Players use this do go through things such as windows to avoid jumping and being slowed down.
What is window climbing?
This former developer created multiple maps and was known for major reworks, but was later demoted from the team.
Who is CodedAbyss?
This map was a large two story building that was added on December 25th, 2023. It featured many broken walls, floors you could fall through. It was removed since the Easter 2025 update for a revamp.
What is Laboratory Complex?
This set contains a gem where it is one of, if not the only gemstone in game that changes colors while sitting on the back of the avatar.
What is Yuletide Set?
This anti-cheat addition teleports players back if it detects them clipping through walls or using infinite crouch jump glitches.
What is the no-clipping rubberband anti-cheat?
There was a popular glitch that was going around that allowed the beast to go through vents on most maps, specifically homestead. This had originally went viral in a specific year.
What is 2022/2023?
This December 26th, 2024 update marked the end of this map's nearly 2.5 year run before it was removed from rotation.
