Why are free-time activities important? (At least 6 sentences, tell about yourself and in general).

Free-time activities are important because they help reduce stress and improve mental health. In general, hobbies give people a break from daily tasks and allow the mind to relax. For example, doing sports or playing a musical instrument can keep both the body and brain active in an enjoyable way. Personally, I enjoy playing football and writing poems in my free time because these activities make me feel focused and happy. Without free-time activities, life can become boring, which is bad for long-term health. I believe everyone should have at least one hobby to balance work or study with personal joy.

500

How do we take care of ourselves? (At least 6 sentences, tell about yourself and in general).

We should listen to our body to take care of ourselves. For example, if we have a headache or stomachache, we should rest. We should also avoid activities that could cause injury, like riding a bike without a helmet. If someone feels pain, we should ask, "Are you OK?" to offer aid. Personally, when I had a bad toothache, I went to the dentist for an X-ray. Taking small steps like this helps us stay healthy.

500

How do we deal with our emotions? (At least 6 sentences, tell about yourself and in general).

We can deal with our emotions by naming what we feel, like upset, angry, or scared. Talking to someone we trust helps us feel lighter and less alone. We should avoid keeping bad feelings inside for too long. For example, if I feel worried, I listen to music or go for a walk. When I felt lonely at home sick, I called my mom for help. Asking for aid makes us feel better.

500

How do we connect with nature? (At least 6 sentences, tell about yourself and in general).

We can connect with nature by spending time outdoors, like walking in a park or sitting under a tree. Listening to birds and feeling the wind helps us feel calm and present. We should avoid using phones outside so that we can notice our surroundings. Simple actions like planting flowers or hiking also bring us closer to nature. I like to go for a walk in the forest near my home every weekend. When I feel stressed, sitting by a river and listening to the water helps me feel better.
