Activate by removing the clips, pushing the internal cup through the crease that was created by the clip and close the flap. Shake vigorously to mix for NLT 2 minutes. Position new pack within its port and push it back, ensuring that the back rubber filaments are pierced by the needle filaments.
What should you put on the rubber septum of the pH/Gas Auto QC when replacing it?
Drop of water on both septums.

Run external QCs Level 1, 2, and 3.

Take out the pH/Gas Auto QC, push a needle through both rubber septums in the back of the cartridge. Reinsert with firm pressure.

You discovered a failed sensor on your pH/Gas sensor card. What should you do?
Claim the warranty, contact Nova with the warranty number and the serial number of the analyzer.
What is the PD number of the chemistry cartridge?
Osmo is locked out. You run Auto QCs and no result appears for Osmo. What do you do?
Turn off QC lockout and rerun onboard QCs. Once everything passes, turn QC lockout back on.

If you need to run module depro, do you need to replace the sensor cards after or can you place the cards back in?
You do not need to replace the sensor cards with new cards. You can place the old cards back in if samples still remain.
