Cognitive domain operations target people’s will, beliefs, thinking, and psychology to influence their decision-making and actions by changing their cognition. Disinformation relates to these operations because false or misleading information can be used to change what people believe or think, influencing the decisions and actions they make.

System 2: Slow, deliberate, logical, VERY INTENTIONAL, but takes too long to decide. It isn't necessarily wrong, but it can cause an error due to when it needs to be made.

Asking the wrong questions, not asking the right questions, causing faulty thinking and errors, they aren’t answering the right questions for the right answer.

The elements of reasoning provide a structured process for critical thinking by identifying the purpose, asking key questions, gathering relevant information, applying concepts, making inferences, recognizing assumptions, considering different points of view, and evaluating the implications of a decision. Using these elements helps ensure decisions are logical, well-informed, and consider potential consequences before taking action.
