GRAB SILVERWARE!!!! Dont ask just do!
What is the last thing you tell a guest when walking away from main?
"If you need water, cups are by the ice machine and the silverware is on the back cart"
Whats the proper way to answer the phone?
"Thank you for calling Flower Child at the Domain, this is __________ how may I assist/help you?"
When taking food from expo, what should you be paying attention to?
1. you are taking the correct food
2. that the food looks AMAZING
3. is the food hot
4. any modifications are made on the dish

Ask if they would like another one! If they say no just grab the glass.

Stock grab n go
Restock and clean wine fridges (under term 5)
Wipe down the counters

Polish/run silverware and glasses (we are always running low on them!!)

What does "hands" mean?
Time to run food! PRIORITY term. If you are writing names on to go tickets you need to stop and run food.
What is the difference with someone paying with level up and getting their points on level up?
The total will say "Level Up $0.00" if it got the points, the total will say "Level Up 7.12" if they paid for it and got the points.

Wipe down tables
Restroom check
Fill up juice station/ice

Youre taking an order and the phone starts ringing with nobody around, what do you do?
ANSWER WITHIN THREE RINGS!!!!
Ask to put them on hold while you complete the order for here then take their to go order.
You notice a guest just standing and looking around, what do you do?
HELP THEM!
Ask if they are waiting for an order, if they need to place one, or if they are just doing alright!
Youre standing around waiting for food to run, what should you be doing instead?
Anything but stand around!
Take a lap - take trashes, ask guests if they are okay, refill drinks, prebuss, restock anything, restroom check... just about anything :)

What are good selling points when youre on the phone with a guest?
Ask if they want protiens

Someone stopped you on the floor and asked for a remake - who do you tell
Tell the person on expo NOT THE LINE.
This clears up a lot of confusion for both the line and the person stationed on expo
