I am FNC's contracting agency for PES and Visits.
What is Hamilton County Job and Family Services?
Your family's caseworker calls you and says the family no longer needs supervised visits and are receiving unsupervised visits. After confirming with all parties, you then complete this.
What is a change request form?
Clients come for open intake during these times.
When is Wednesdays at 11:30 and Thursdays at 11:30 and 5:30?
Families are not able to do this with their cell phones during a visit.
What is take a recording? (or video taping for the older generation)
This person is a great resource to process a visit with and bounce ideas off of. They also do a great job onboarding new staff.
Who is a Senior Facilitator?
I am finicky and if you walk away from me, I will freeze up. It is also really important that you take all 3 steps to shutting me down properly otherwise my certificate will be corrupt.
What is a Chrome Book?
A visit that you just facilitated was really busy and you did not have the opportunity to finish the form and it's the end of your shift.
What is check in with a Floor Supervisor and let them know you need paperwork time because you didn't get to finish your form?
We require a change request form from JFS authorizing a make-up visit when this happens.

This role is instrumental in positive caregiver/transporter interactions in addition to having face to face time with all families that visit at our agency.

A Facilitator is supervising a visit for a father and his 4 year old daughter. She says she has to use the restroom. The facilitator escorts the family to this bathroom.

What is Scripts?
This is something a Facilitator should have on them at all times when they are in the office for a shift. If they do not have one, they should let a Floor Supervisor know.

This person is responsible for ensuring billing from PES and Visitation is submitted within the expected time frames laid out by our contract with Hamilton County Job and Family Services.
Who is our Information Specialist?
I have impeccable dental hygiene and genetics (the no cavity club) and previously was a CASA.
Who is Peggy Sweeney?
Mrs. Shelton visits from 2:45-4:45 p.m. and Mr. Shelton has a visit following from 5:15-7:15 p.m. Since the children were already present for the visit with Mrs. Shelton, they join Mr. Shelton at 5:07. Mr. Shelton's Facilitator starts the billing time at this time.

This is where you find the date a referral was received by FNC.

It is appropriate to call for a case aide or another staff member to sit for your while you escort another family to the bathroom in this level of care.
