Being able to accept everyone for who they are is one of the most important parts of followers in a team. Acceptance and understanding of team member's differences allows the group to communicate and cooperate.

A good follower needs to be knowledgeable about the group’s goals. An effective follower should be organized and prepared. Before any job or goal, prepare beforehand, like packing for an FTX or looking at the job site a day or two before.
