How much does a queso upcharge cost for a kid's meal? How much for a full meal?
Kid's meal queso: $0.75
Full meal queso: $1.50
What three tiers of nachos do we have? What makes them all different?
Nachos (Refried, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapenos). Nachos Add (Refried, cheese, pico, lettuce, jalapenos, and guac). Panchos (Refried, cheese, meat of choice, pico, lettuce, jalapenos, and guac).
Do we offer our happy hour on weekends?

How many flautas come in a full order/half order/a la carte order? Why?

Flautas are prepped, toothpicked, and fried in pairs.
What garnish comes inside the shrimp tacos? Do the shrimp come fried or grilled?
Garnish includes pico, cabbage, cilantro, and creamy jalapeno.
Shrimp comes fried unless modified to be grilled.
What five meals come with sour cream?
Changa, Flautas, Dillas, Fajitas, and anything with tomatillo sauce.
Someone asks for a large queso but they don't want any chiles: What do you ring in for them? How do you prepare the kitchen?
Ring in a large queso with "baby" in the special instructions. The kitchen will know what to do; make sure you let your expo know so they can warn whoever is on sauces that night.
What dips do we offer during our happy hour for $5? How would you ring in a regular beefqueso during happy hour and why do we ring it in this way?

Compuesto, cut pico and guac. In order to still have a $5 beef queso, ring in a compuesto.

How does the crispy taco garnish differ from the soft taco garnish?
Crispy tacos come with tomatoes, lettuce, and mixed cheese on top.
Soft tacos come with tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese, as well as a guac scoop, all on the side.
What is one way to upsell an Elvis combo?
What is our guacamole made out of? Can we cut any ingredients from our guac?

What’s inside our ‘lil chuy gooey?
Refried beans, queso, line beef, guac, jalapenos, lettuce, pico, and sour cream.
What comes inside the changa? Are there limitations to how we can modify a changa?
The regular changa comes with chicken, cheese, and OCC. There are no limitations to how you can modify the inside of a changa!
What do you ring in if someone wants one fried shrimp taco and one carbon chicken taco with rice and beans?
Ring in a combo taco plate-- one fried shrimp and one carbon taco.
What can we not cut from the tortilla soup?
Onions, carrots, and celery.
What comes in our OCC mix? What happens when you cut the chiles?
Onions, chiles, and cilantro. The onions and cilantro will come uncooked.
What comes inside our boom boom pow?
Refried beans, boom boom sauce, lettuce, pico, sour cream, guac, and jalapenos.
What enchilada and taco comes with the taco/enchilada combo? What could be a good upsell for this?
A texmex enchilada and a crispy beef taco.
Carbon tacos, boom boom and queso, and shrimp tacos are good upsells for taco/enchilada combos!
How does our guac taco garnish differ from our other soft tacos?
Since the guac comes inside the tacos, guac tacos are garnished with jalapenos, jack cheese, and tomatoes.
