Empty the boxes, and make sure the boxes are CORRECTLY put back in place so there is no oil spill

The fryer baskets, if they have any food particles or breading or anything on them they will instantly take 2 points away as well as if the chicken coworker grabs the baskets with raw gloves it is a critical.

14 days, we should be having oil in the fryers for 14 days then discarding them and replacing with new fresh oil as well as changing the filters. Oil is very expensive, having oil spills every now and then with a new coworker is understandable, having them once or twice, maybe even more in 1 week is a big problem.
