You can do as many batch cooks as it takes to maintain full presentation. You will continue to complete batch cooks as needed up until your last cook.

What are steps for skimming? 

•Put on hairnet, wash your hands and put on gloves

•Remove black lid and white-mix inlet carburetors

•Using a slotted spoon, skim foam

•White-mix inlet carburetors should be rinsed ONLY- do not wash or sanitize

•Reinsert carburetors and ensure:

•Metal bar set to 3

•3 holes face front of machine

•Refill hopper as needed
