What is the end zone?
The area at the end of the field were teams try to score on.

What is the sideline?
The line on the outside of the field that marks people out of bounds.
What are the field sections used to determine?
They are used to determine open space for the offence to attack.
What type of defense are the corners playing in a Cover 1?
Man defense
What type of defense do the corners play in Cover 2?
Zone defense
Where do corners rotate to in a Cover 3?
They rotate back to a safety and the linebackers replace them.
What is the line of scrimmage(LOS)?
The line that runs across the field, positioned were the ball lies.

What is Cover 1 good for?
Bringing pressure and it creates mismatches if the corners are better than the receivers.
What is Cover 2 defense good for?
Cover 2 is good for taking away the deep middle part of the field.
What is Cover 3 good for?
Taking away the deep pass.
What is the hard deck?
The imaginary line that runs horizontally, 7-10 yards from the LOS.
What are the seven pass available sections?
Outside space, seams, holes, and the middle tube.
What is the weakness of Cover 1?
Hole and seam tubes.
What is the weakness of Cover 2
The flats and the middle of the field.
What is the weakness of Cover 3?
Outside space and the seams.
How many people on offence have to be on the LOS and how many off?
7 on, 4 off
