-Do NOT take pictures of anyone consuming drugs or alcohol.

-We DO NOT condone underage drinking, even if they are above the age, DO NOT DRINK WITH THEM! If you’re at a social event DO NOT drink with them.

 Name 3 things that can get you an infraction

  1. Breaking confidentiality

    1. Based on the discretion of Triad

  2. Failure to send in monthly grade-checks and/or transcript by the deadline 


    1. After a warning and then fine has been issued - infraction will be implemented

    2. Due typically on the last Sunday of each month, unless specified otherwise

  3. Missing a ceremony unexcused

  4. Being late to 25% of chapter meetings

  5. Missing two consecutive chapters unexcused

  6. Not showing up to two events the member signed up for/not finding a replacement

  7. Not completing any service hours

  8. Not contributing towards Philanthropy, and/or not doing any fundraising

  9. Not showing up to a Ceremony wearing correct attire

  10. Smoking in any form during chapter or ceremony 

  11. Excessively drinking when specifically told not to

  1. If an infraction is placed on a member due to the compilation of debt, it is up to Triad and the member to discuss payment plan options.

Name 3 things that can get you a strike

  1. Breaking confidentiality


    1. Based on the discretion of Triad

  2. Missing two or more ceremonies unexcused

  3. Missing five chapters unexcused

  4. Missing three payments of dues in a semester


    1. For every payment missed after the first three, an infraction will be given

  5. Three consecutive inactive semesters and every inactive semester thereafter results in an infraction


    1. Forced Inactive is not added into the cumulative count

  6. Compiling a debt of $300+ to Phi Delta Alpha


    1. For every additional $150 of debt, another strike will be given.

    2. Failure to adhere to payment plan or failure of member to follow up with Triad to discuss status of debit. 

  7.  Failure to be a contributing member of Phi Delta Alpha.


    1. Not attending internal events, ceremonies, external events and etcetera.

  8. Publicizing pictures or messages that encourage underage drinking on the internet, any type of social media, or any other public forum.

  9. For the scenarios which cannot be planned for, Triad has the right to give any member an infraction if they believe they deserve it.
