What is the hourly referral process?
The name of the referral MUST be listed on the application. If so, the hourly must complete the referral form found on Table 43 and turn it into the management team. The manager then scans/sends to HRCommunications@foxrc.com. All must be done within 30 days from when the referral is hired.
