It's your lucky day...
now you have 400+
There are a lot of parks near where I live. I usually go to one first thing in the morning. A little further away is a forest that has a track through it that is perfect. I love listening to the birds while I do it. I should buy some new sneakers because the ones I have are falling apart.
jogging
The first time I did it, I was on holiday in Thailand and I was surprised by how tricky it was. It looks as though it is quite easy because you move so slowly, but you have to have a lot of strength to do it really well.

relax and not do any work
I spend a lot of time covered in soil. I enjoy spending time growing flowers and plants. I should grow more vegetables than I do because it saves a lot of money. I mostly do it in the summer. It’s surprising how much exercise you get from it.
gardening
I enjoy taking portraits of my family and friends. I think I sometimes enjoy it more than they do! I have to buy a new camera. I can’t take pictures of birds at the moment because they are too quick, so I need a faster one.
photography
I can’t always catch anything, but spending a day sitting by a river is so relaxing, so I don’t have to. I have a few friends who come with me once a month, but I usually want peace and quiet, so I go alone.
fishing
I’m never happier than when I’m walking through the countryside and up mountains with my backpack on. Life is so busy, so it’s good to feel free and like you can go where you want to go. Even if it’s raining.
hiking
I learned to do it on a farm and I still go there. There’s a lot of cleaning and you have to make sure you feed them well and look after them. But I love being in the saddle and watching the world go by. There are places where we can go really fast and I enjoy that, but most of the time, it’s quite slow and peaceful. I shouldn’t go as often as I do, but I can’t help it.
