No cell phones, no exceptions.

The office will be called and a call home will be made.

Clean your space, put away supplies, and wait for dismissal.
Where are snack bins located for junior high students?
In each classroom.
During a fire drill, what is the first exit you use?
The door by the gym.
When you come into art class, what are the first 2 things you should do?
Get your Art portfolio or French folder then go directly to your seat or assigned work area.
Where do you put your French folder during class?
Under the FRENCH sign on the desks.
What should you do with paintbrushes after painting?
Wash them with soap and water.
Why is it extra important to clean your space after lunch?
Because caretakers and teachers worked hard to keep the classroom clean.
What do you need to take if you go to the washroom?
The hall pass.
What should you do with paintbrushes, materials and markers before leaving class?
Wash paintbrushes, put lids back on markers and paints, and put away all other materials.
Why do we avoid side conversations when someone else is talking?
Because everyone deserves to be listened to and heard.
What should your table or easel look like before you leave?
Wiped down and ready for the next class.
What must you do during a fire drill while walking outside?
Stay quiet, stay in line, and stay with your class.
What must you do with garbage at the end of class or if you see it on the floor even if it is not yours?
Pick it up and throw it away.
When the clean-up signal is given, what’s the first and second thing you do?
Stop working right away then begin cleaning up materials and messes.
Where do you hand in your art portfolio at the end of class?
In the back corner of the room.
What must you be able to do before we start using art supplies and making art?
Respect to the materials, and that you are able to return them properly.
What happens if you are absent from school for a few days and missed work?
Ask the teacher what you missed to get caught up.
What do you work on when you finish early?
Digital media, guided drawings, or unfinished work in French/Art/other classes.
Where do you put your artwork and materials when finished?
Neatly in your class bin.
