What is the importance of High and Low dusting?
What is, to avoid re-cleaning, to ensure higher dust does not resettle on what was just cleaned, hard to reach areas, home stays cleaner.
Common Areas: (Hallways, Stairs, Living room, Entry ways)
Misses: Outer ledge of stairs/ base of handrail, Light fixtures, Cobwebs, Inspection of couches, Door creases/ indentions.
Corrections: High duster or hand wiping outside of ledges of stairs. High Duster for cobwebs. Vacuum or Whisk Broom inside couches, must be inspected if kids and pets. Dust and hand wipe doors during High/ Low Dusting and Dry trip.
How often do you need to come in the office to resupply?
Once every 2 weeks, to ensure we are not using outside products unless client specifies.
Why are initial cleanings important?
To convert new possible clients into Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly, helps fill schedules!
What is the purpose of Step 3 in the 8 Step Kitchen/Bathroom System?
What is, to give time for deposits to lift off surfaces, make it easier.
Once cleaning is complete...
Misses: 1) Note Writing/ Review card 2) Walkthrough 3)Take out trash
Correction: 1) Always leave a note/ review card regardless if client is home. 2) Communicate with client if they can come back to complete walkthrough if not then leave Note writing/ Review card 3) Always read work order and follow Step 2 to ensure trash is not forgotten.

Corrections: Always hand wipe behind toilet, Wrap microfiber around scrapper for toilet hinges, Dust/ Hand wipe ledge on backsplash upon inspection, Ladder Usage for light fixture and top of medicine cabinet, and ledge onto of glass shower door.

You MUST get approval to leave a cleaning early, what is the time frame?
What is, 10 min time frame. Must ask Tech Phone 45 mins before cleaning is finished to get time approved.
What if the client is asking for out of scope tasks?
Politely educate them on the areas we do not clean vs what we do clean. If they are being persistent, call the Tech Phone. Let them know if you have time, you may be able to get to one of those tasks.
