To count as a personal visit, it must meet what criteria?

The visit is delivered by a model- certified parent educator. > At least one enrolled child is present when the parents have custody*, along with at least one parent, guardian, or primary caregiver. When a family is expecting their first child, visits are with the expecting parent(s). > Personal visits are delivered to the family unit. Visits are not done separately for each enrolled child. > The visit is designed to include the three major areas of emphasis, documenting the planning process in a Foundational Personal Visit Plan or Personal Visit Planning Guide. > The visit is documented using a Personal Visit Record and maintained in the family file.
