2. Wolff Parkinson White is a condition where there is an accessory pathway from the atria to the ventricles. This pathway has no rate control due to it not having a gatekeeper like the AV Junction. Giving Adenosine blocks the AV junction therefore it would make the accessory pathway the primary pathway for impulses to travel through.
