We are open 7 days a week you can swim all 7 if you'd like but we recommend at least two days a week thats where you'll see the best progression.
What is a fast track and the cost?
Fast track is 8 classes booked through a two week period. $205
If a family decides they don't want to drop anymore what do you have to do in the system?
Make sure the time is still open and reenroll them. clear reg fee and repurchase pass/plan, delete drop notes from profile and edit profile

Why would you offer an evaluation?
If the parents are unsure about what their child swim experience, wants to talk to other parent, or is a snap.
"My child can do their freestyle, backstroke, and was learning butterfly, what level would you place them in?"

Someone decides to drop mid month, how do we process this drop in the account?
End current plan for the end of the month, purchase a plan for the following month, charge remaining classes the day of. After billing, go back into the upcoming plan and end it for their last day
