If you notice someone has consistently missed and no showed to classes for a few times. Send the parents a text, call them, email them something just to check in.

Print it out, enter into PIKE, do method preferred if specified (call, email, zip, brand bot email) make your notes initial, date and place into tab call #2

1.Get form filled out

When do I cancel bills, outside of cancellation notices?
When the bill is 10 DAYS past due. They have no showed, I get no responses from trying to get in touch with them. I remove them from schedules and notify.

Web leads to call, bills to collect, trials, first days EVERYTHING :)
Are you allowed to text me questions you have?
Yes of course, if I don't respond fast enough call me lol
Who can get Add a Day promotions, and what are the details?
CURRENT families only, only 1 add per child and that's it.
Explain the Journey Road Map
We have 8 levels to teach children how to be safe and confident swimmers. Our journey starts at level 1 and goes to level 6. We want all children to graduate level 6 to be confident and independently safe in the water.
Where can you see what bills are upcoming, past due, failed?
You all have access to the reporting button on Pike, it literally tells you Past due and Failed. Also when confirming attendance it will tell you upcoming, overdue, due today, etc.
Make the aqua card, make note on it trial so Coach knows. Go into Brand bot and make a note that student has a trial on the day.
Can students swim for an hour?
If they have the make up or extra day to cover it, our schedule has space, yes
Who can get New Family Specials, and what are the details?
NEW families, not CURRENTLY swimming. Price is $99 for 2 days a week for 1 MONTH,PLUS registration. Price will automatically go to $171 after the first month.
What level should my 23 month old be in? Are there any requirements?
Level 2, double layer if NOT potty trained. (Always ask, I do even if they are 3 to be safe)

Anyone NOT potty trained needs 2 layers of protection, disposable swimmie and resuable.
Free Parent Tot classes are for children under 7 months old. Only pay registration and swim up to 3 days a week. 7 Months, pay monthly price
