3. Adv patient they will receive a call from MA to schedule appointment.

Patient comes in upset about a Dental balance. Dental claim was not billed correctly, and patients should have a $25 dollar credit. How would you handle this?
Apologize to the patient on our behalf. Look at the claim and see where the confusion might have happened. Then advise the patient that we will send a message to the billing department. *Create and telephone encounter on our end and send to the correct biller*
