Staff who are not on duty should get out of the pool with campers (and stay with them) and staff who are on duty are welcome to cool off in the pool (maybe for a fun b-ball game)

These are the number of on duty stations for counselors during swim time (bonus for naming the location of each station) 

4 stations (non swim, shallow end, transition spot, and deep end) (all other counselors swim)
