Only the ones you are showing for supervision or the meeting. Delete the rest. Store as little as you can in the laptop. It's old.
You enter your new client into the system and it says "Problem with your Entry. There were some warnings for this patient." Why would that be?

It might not correctly reflect what happened this week.. which then messes up Veronica's work up, who is cross-referencing the daily sheets and your TherapyNotes.

Your client arrives, pays for session, and as soon as they sit down- they are faced with a family emergency that they need to tend to immediately. How do you indicate this predicament on the daily sheets?
You will record their payment, but mark the appointment as canceled in daily sheets and therapynotes. Because you are using the "payment type" tab to choose "canceled", put in the notes the method of payment and a brief description of the circumstances.
