Angry: Take a break to understand what is causing the anger and find a healthy way to release the energy, such as exercising, journaling, or practicing deep breathing.
Lonely: Reach out to a supportive friend, family member, or a support group to connect with others. Tired: Prioritize getting enough rest. Address sleep issues by establishing a consistent sleep schedule and aiming for 7-9 hours of sleep.
