See what quarter the LDW in the expired claim is. Then take that quarter go into WGE2 and or UBTB and see if they made 10 times their Benefit rate after the quarter their LDW is listed in.

Ask the Clmt if they received any severance or disaster pay If so mark the wages with the quarter the Severance pay is in as UN E for that specific employer + that specific Quarter. Then since they earned 10xbr see if they are now eligible for a reach back, if not advi to cert weekly and wait 30 days for any missing back pay
If they are eligible for a reach back D out the new claim, document in the log active reach back advi to cert weekly
