Who is your Care Champion?

She is such a fantastic OT! She goes above and beyond to show kindness and compassion to her patients , families, as well as her teammates! A few specific examples- she had a young patient with Pelvic external fixator. She custom made sweat pants to fit around the ex fix so the patient could have pants and feel more like herself ❤️. She made a patient /family a special frame for photos of the team to show this pt extra support through a tough transition. She often comes in on her day off to support patients as they ring the bell! She’s always a team player, willing to help teammates, mentor new employees, and she puts the team first. She’s a true Care Champion!
