What does the kidneys and liver do?
Kidneys: Filter about a half cup of blood every minute, removing wastes and extra water to make urine
Liver: It cleans your blood. It produces an important digestive liquid called bile. It stores energy in the form of a sugar called glycogen.
What does the Lymphatic system do?
It transports lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.
What does the cardiovascular system do?
Transport of nutrients, oxygen, and hormones to cells throughout the body and removal of metabolic wastes.
