You (case manager/Ed Specialist for academic assessment), the Speech and Language Pathologist, the Occupational Therapist, the school nurse (hearing and vision) and the School Psychologist.
Who should receive copies of the affirmed and attested IEP?
1 to parent, 1 to the teacher file, 1 to the cumulative file and of course the original to the District Office.
