A panel in which users can store and view their projects and Fusion Team files. This panel also includes samples from various Fusion 360 workspaces.
What is Data Panel?
A tool used to create copies of faces, bodies, features, or components using a selected plane.
What is Mirror?
A flat angle along the edge of a part or between the edge and specified face of a part.
What is Chamfer?
A command which displays a marker at the center of mass within a selected object.
What is Center of Mass?
The component that is currently active.
What is Active Component?
A tool that allows a drawing to be rotated based on a rotation point.
What is Free Orbit?
A feature that allows a 2D sketch to have one or more of its parts turned into a 3D model or body.
What is Extrusion?
A round edge on a part or face within a design.
What is Fillet?
A tool used for reporting the distance, angle, area, or position of a selected object.
What is Measure?
A 3D shape created from a 2D sketch using modeling features.
What is Body?
The area of the screen, usually on the left, which contains all sketches, features, bodies, components, and construction geometry within a design.
What is Project Browser?
A punch-out of a 3D model, often used to represent where a fastener will go within a part or component.
What is Hole?
A tool that modifies selected geometry using offset, fillet, or extrude commands.
What is Press Pull?
A tool that generates a cut-away view of an object using a plane or face.
What is Section Analysis?
A part of an assembly with a unique origin and which can have motion or a container that houses bodies, sketches, and construction geometry.
What is Component?
A tool that allows designers to review the history of a design.
What is Timeline?
A tool that creates a transitional shape between two or more sketch profiles or planar faces.
What is Loft?
A tool that removes material from a part's interior, creating a hollow cavity with walls within the part.
What is Shell?
An indicator used to indicate an object's geometry and position.
What is Joint Origin?
The general term for categorizing all 3D modeling commands such as extrude, revolve, sweep, loft, and so on.
What is Feature?
A tool that allows one to navigate through preset views in a design or drawing.
What is View Cube?
A tool that takes a selected 2D profile and sweeps it along a selected path.
What is Sweep?
A tool that creates new bodies defined by a selected face, profile, or plane.
What is Split Body?
A tool that defines a positional relationship between components and defines a motion between those components.
What is Joint?
A profile containing 2D geometry used to create a body.
