Coconut milk has more saturated fat, which is a fat that has been shown to promote cardiovascular disease when consumed in large amounts.

Our liver, kidneys, lungs, GI tract, and skin are all constantly working to naturally "detox" our body. By starting a juice cleanse, you sacrifice vital nutrients your body needs to detox naturally. 

What can you do to promote your body's natural detox process? Eat fiber, limit processed foods, drink water, moderate alcohol intake, stay active, and get enough sleep.

When you take the water out of fruit, such as with dried fruit, you get a concentrated source of nutrients and calories. This makes it easier to eat more calories since dried fruits are smaller and typically eaten in larger quantities than fresh fruit. Also, dried fruits are sometimes made with added sugar.

Both are good sources of fiber and nutrients, just keep an eye out for portion size!
