It depends, you can fill out a closed course permit but that does not guarantee you will get in

Minimum once per semester, but you should regularly keep in contact with them so they can better advise you on what you want to do

No, if a class you want is full, you should either register for another section or put yourself on the waitlist and register for another class

How many types of holds are there?
Where is the easiest place to find the information about a class (CRN, course number, time, etc.)?
Many places will have it, but all that information is easiest to find on the course schedule.
What information do you need about a class to find it on Banner Registration and at it to either a plan or your schedule?
You need the course number (Math 111, ENG 101, etc.)
Can you take more than 19 credits
You need to ask your advisor if you want to take more but it is very rare
