Instruct the student to then go through and reset their Gettysburg College Password. Once they have reset their password, have them try and attempt to log back into their Gettysburg Accounts. If the issue persists after resetting the password, have them again try to log into another Gettysburg College Account to see if they are able to log in. If they are able to log into other accounts and not the specific one they need, you may need to escalate the issue to the appropriate person.
