How old must a child be in order to jump at Sky Zone?
Sky Zone welcomes people of all ages, size and physical abilities. It is ultimately up to the parent or legal guardian, but the child must know how to walk on their own to jump. This is because the child has to go on the courts on their own because we only allow one person per trampoline.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Making a reservation is the only way to guarantee your jump time. Walk-ins are subject to availability so if we are sold out for a certain jump time you would just have to wait for the next available.

How do you check a voicemail?
Click the envelope, enter passcode (4321), press #, listen to voicemail, take down all information (especially name, phone numbers, park), and then hit 7 to erase
"My child is only 3, can I jump with them?"
Unfortunately we separate by age and size on all of our courts therefore children must be able to jump on their own without assistance in order to participate
What are the age separation groups?
Group A: 1-5
Group B: 6-10
Group C: 11-15
Group D: 16+
Can I use this groupon even though it says South Plainfield (New Rochelle, Ocean, etc.)?
Unfortunately those groupons are location specific since we are all franchised, we are not affiliated with that location
"It's my son's birthday and we are bringing him and 4 friends to come jump, I just wanted to check if we can bring in a cake?"
Unfortunately outside food and drink is prohibited however we do have a concession stand located in the park! Or you can purchase a party room for $100 for the hour to enjoy your cake/cupcakes
"I'm bringing my son and his friends to come and jump can I just fill out their waivers?"
Unfortunately waivers must be filled out by the parent or legal guardian. The waiver can be filled out on our website and we can look it up by the first and last name when they arrive at the park
"I'm trying to purchase tickets online and it says 2 remaining but it is not letting me purchase them, can I make the reservation over the phone with you?"
Unfortunately you are not able to make a reservation over the phone. Those tickets may be in someone's cart and therefore the website would not allow you to also put them in your cart. We recommend to purchase tickets for the next available jump time.

"I'm on Chapin road and I can't seem to find you"
Chapin Road is a big triangle, drive to the end of the road until you see a lake/pond on your right hand side. You will make a left at the stop sign and we will be on the left hand side
"Where are you located on Route 22?" or "I drove past your location and you were closed/under construction"
"We are on the east bound side across from TGI Friday's and before the target. There is a building under construction in front of us, if you drive behind that building you will see our sign
