I play a crucial role during the gala event by assisting with the “Fund the Need” segment. Your main responsibility will be to track bidder numbers and record donations during this critical fundraising portion. After the event, you will compile your lists and provide them to Jessica Hernandez, the Funds Development Associate, for input into the Classy Live bidder software...

I am the l Heartfelt Wishes Coordinator, I will lead a special interactive activity during the gala event, designed to engage guests in a meaningful and personal way. I run the "Opening Doors and Opening Hearts" Activity Coordinator, you will oversee an engaging and interactive game during the gala event. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase chances to open a decorative door, behind which may be a prize or an item of equal value to the organization. My role is to encourage participation, manage entries, and ensure a smooth operation of the activity throughout the evening. At the end of the cocktail hour, you will collect entries and provide them to Jessica Hernandez for processing.
