No, because the constellations are not moving and positions in the sky throughout our galaxy. Only certain times of the year can you see the constellations because you are below them.

No there are other stars that are brighter. The sun is the closest, that's why it looks the brightest.
What is gravity?
the force that attracts a body toward the center of the earth, or toward any other physical body having mass.
What season experiences the least amount of sunlight? Why does this happen?
Winter, because the axis is tilted away from the sun. This gives us the least amount of direct sunlight.
Why can we not see constellations during the day?
The Sun's light blocks us from being able to see them.

Why do we only see some constellations and not all the constellations every night?
The Earth is orbiting around the sun. Since the constellations do not move, the Earth only sees the constellations that are right above them at that time of the year.

The Earth is spinning on its axis to make the sun appear to move throughout the sky. THE SUN DOES NOT ACTUALLY MOVE OVER THE SKY!
