Renewal Process. The customer gets a notice 30 days prior notifying them it is time to renew. The customer must call NRG to renew at a new fix rate term. If the customer does not renew, the plan goes to a month to month variable rate.
3 Month Term - Customer will not get email, they need to call after 2-3 months to update their plan, or stick with variable.
