  • If client is on the fence to exhibit at IT Expo – could not see the impact for them (12 out of 50 session) we put together a slide deck to see where they actually fit within the attendee lists – dove deep into the research (survey, gartner.com to link to session) to prove the impact that they would have being there.
  • Meeting with customer during the sales process – joined the conversation. 
  • We have gone face-to-face with the client to best strategize and bring a client on board.
  • During the conference, the client is not super satisfied in the conference and we have gone with AE to talk through the strategy for next year to help with renewal conversation.
