If any settings are not green/enabled, click the drop down or access the walkthrough in TrueView to help the customer update the setting

How do I resolve the issue/alert when all settings and permissions are green, but the heartbeat is red?

We can’t measure if a customer’s phone is off or logged out of the app. In these cases, we can’t collect a heartbeat. When this alert appears, ensure the customer has powered their phone on and logged into the app! It may take 24 hours for the alert to be removed if the issue is resolved during the call.
