  • Complete bank, credit card, or tax statement showing transaction locations

  • Mortgage documents

  • Verification of commute to work, such as train/bus tickets, monthly passes, or EZ Pass statement

  • Lease agreements.  Note: To be acceptable, must request another form of proof from this list to accompany the lease agreement.

  • Dual residency situations:

    • Advise the policyholder that comparable utilities from both residences and verification of commute to work and employer location are required.

    • Advise the policyholder to send verification of whatever situation is being claimed (i.e., if the policyholder indicates one address is for a business location, verification of this must be submitted along with the documents listed above).

NO! We would leave the policy as is and replace the new car onto it when they get the new one. NNO would apply if they are NOT getting a new vehicle within the next 30 days.

You open a policy and they are on a cancellation notice effective 11/06. The total amount due is $500 but you find that there is an MSP available for $300. Policyholder advises you that he can pay $200 today and the other $100 on the 5th. What must we do if they insist that we take it now.

Advise them that if we don't receive the remaining balance, the pol will still be cancelled eff 11/05 and we must PLOG that we are taking less than MSP because PH adv they will pay the remaining on the 5th.
