What is the procedures for consecutive cruises?

  • Same Stateroom: the guests leave their belongings in the room, the guests must still exit the ship, due to custom regulations.
  • Different Staterooms: On the last night of the first sailing, the guests should pack their belongings, leave them inside their stateroom (they should not leave their luggage outside the stateroom,  On the morning of debarkation/embarkation they should contact the Guest Relations desk to arrange for housekeeping to move their luggage to the new stateroom they will be occupying.

will be asked to meet at the Guest Relations desk, or another designated area onboard, They will be escorted off the ship to a meeting place where they will wait until customs clears the ship for general boarding. 

  • The guest's credit card will be charged for their onboard expenses at the end of each leg.
  • Once the second leg can begin boarding, the guests will be escorted back onboard

Scenario: Guest is asking after they have checked in if they can go ashore and what happens with their luggage? When do they need to return the ship, if the ship leaves at 6pm.

once guest check in at the terminal, the luggage will get bag tags and drop off with the porters. Guest proceed to the terminal desk where they will receives their sea pass card. Once check in is done they can go back ashore and needs to return at least 1h30min before ship departs.
