Rogue's Disguise is blown by a Sense Motive. He distracts the guard using Escape Artist, hides with Hide, sends a secret message with Bluff, which was intercepted with a Spot and Listen.

Disguises are blown with Spot (PHB 72), you distract with Bluff, send secret messages with Bluff too, and those are intercepted with Sense Motive (PHB 67).

Monk's Quivering Palm (PHB 42), Rogue's Sneak Attack (PHB 50) and Hold Monster (PHB 241), do not affect plants.
Smite Evil works on evil plants though.
