The Evil Santa's have triggered your memory. Tell us about a miserable or scary holiday experience.
Santa Judges? Did this feel miserable enough?
POP QUIZ!!! You have to take this "NICE" test in front of everyone!
Santa Judges: are they naughty or nice?
Sometimes the best way to boost your confidence in a scary situation is the make light of it. What is your best Santa joke?
Judges...was the joke TOO offensive to Santas? Goodwill given to audience members who also have Santa jokes in their back pockets.
You were in the middle of a text when the Santas shut the power off around us. Send an awkward text to the last person you were texting in your phone, and don't respond to it until have the show.
Was it awkward enough? Did they play it safe? Remember to check in to see if they got a response at some point.
All of this moving around and unpredictability and breaking of the routine is disjointing. Tell us a story of an unconventional, nontraditional or different than you expected holiday.
Judges, consider: How emotionally authentic did the story feel? Did they have to move far? Did it go well? Did they make friends? Did it scar them?
Oh no! A Santa has broken into the bunker! Luckily for us it's narcoleptic...give a dramatic reading of it's favorite poem "Twas The Night Before Christmas" using autotune to put it to sleep!
Santa Judges, was it sassy enough?
DISAPPOINTMENT SIMULATION! Recall a time where you had to let someone down over the holidays...reenact that moment with Cory.
Judges, how clear eyed were they during the broken promise? Were they honest and sincere, even though it hurt? Or were they wiley and protecting their own self interests?
A zombie Santa has wriggled its way on to our compound! Quick the only way to disarm it is to dress it like a Christmas tree using streamers and improvised ornaments! You have 60 seconds GO!
Is this an effective Christmas tree? Or is it more Charlie Brown like?
Two Parter!
Part One: All this time spent together in this new world of ours has created a sense of intimacy. Cory shares one of his memories with you from his memory bag.
Part Two: Later you and Cory are in an argument, you are angry. For $5 will you destroy the memory that he shared with you?
We refuse to let the Santas break our spirits. Give someone something that you have on your person as a present.
Santa Judges...who did they chose? What did they give? Was there sentimental value? Monetary value? No value?
Our small society of survivors is reminiscing about life before the Evil Santas. Share something with us from that life. Can be a song you wrote, a joke you made up, a short film you created, pictures of your family, clothes you designed...you get it, lets hear it.
Stress levels are rising to a max!! Luckily we have a musical act in our hideout to help calm us down.
Judges this was a community event. No points are awarded.
We normally try and ration our food but it's the holidays. Have a Christmas feast! Throw up to 10 jelly beans into Cory's mouth. How many did he catch?
Santas, was this impressive..or a waste of food...?
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that." -- Martin Luther King, Jr. The Santas are at our doorstep, we have to create a simulated holiday light forcefield light forcefield using the glowsticks in your survival kit. Choose a shape to make out of the lights. Cory will take a picture.
Santa Judges...How does this forcefield make you feel?
Survival of the Santas is a constant reminder that our old world is gone. What is an experience you've always wanted to have during the holidays, but for whatever reason, have not gotten to do?
Santas...did this person get REAL??
Things have been tense in our new world. The close quarters and constant fear has caused in fighting and brought out some of our worst attributes. A holiday secret you've never told anybody has just been exposed. What is that secret?
Judges, did they share anything or clam up?
POP QUIZ!!!!!!!!! Its a "Naughty" test that you have to take in front of everyone. Don't think too hard!
Santas?
Be prepared. Stay alert. In order to be at maximum readiness for a Santa attack we must know as many things about the holiday season as possible. Write a holiday thing on the strip found in your survival kit, ball it up and throw it forward. Cory will get you to guess as many holiday things as possible in one minute without using any keywords on the paper.
Surprise the real round is the second round where someone in the bunker has to repeat those clues, but using JUST ONE WORD!...Santa Judges did they whiff it?
Since its the holidays we still want to remember our traditions. Gifts are given out, but booby traps are everywhere, so to be safe you have to guess whats inside the gift before you open it. You will receive three clues and you can ask three questions. What do you think the gift is?
Santa Judges, were they correct or not?
The Santas are closing in!! In case this is the last time we see each other we need a musical act to play to memorialize this moment. Like the band on the titanic so to speak
Community event! No points!
The Evil Santas will not keep us from singing happy birthday to Hilary! Sing your hearts out like the world isn’t being destroyed by these terrible red suited menaces.
In your face judges!
Upheaval in our society! There's been a coup and you have become the new leader. Switch places with the host for one round!
Judges, points are awarded after the next round. Remember to be watching how they handle their responsibilities and that its harder than it looks to host one of these things!
We're so lonely. Lets make contact with someone outside of our tiny civilization. From Cory's phone (or yours if you're feeling spunky) choose someone to call and have a group phone call with. Cory -- open the phone call script.
Judges, was that executed well or was it awkward? Did they make any contact? Did they risk their lives to report information? Did they play it safe?
Phantom Phone Call! The Santas are evolving, they look and sound just like us! Choose someone to call in Cory's phone (either you or him can make the call), see if Cory can guess who that person is using only holiday based questions or conversation points.
Could he do it? Was it weird? Did anyone pick up?
Our psyches have taken one of the biggest hits. All the hiding and running and fear for our lives and loved ones. We become delusional and slip into one of the other Campfireball shows for a moment. Which show do we slip in to?
How did it go? Was it executed properly? Did we come back to reality afterward?
