Who is Karissa?
Photography, spend time with friends & family, boating, spoiling my nieces.
What does Staci do outside of work?
At the river, we witnessed a boat sinking. We were able to rescue the family. We now do a tailboard with all of our guests on the boat, to show them where the fire extinguisher is located, life jackets, floatation devices, and first aid equipment.

The Clean Energy Team manages Transportation Electrification/Charge Ready, Commercial EV, Small Generation interconnection, Added Facilities, Battery Storage, Mobil Home Park conversion and cannabis cultivation.

I joined SCE in 1991 and have worked in CS, IT, T&D.
What is Staci's career path?

What does Karissa do outside of work?
I was in Metro West region when the Jacob Moon fatality occurred and actually welcomed him into the Long Beach District when he first started working for SCE. Seeing the impact of an event like that on his loved ones and the people that he worked with was heartbreaking.
I believe in a collaborative style of leadership where folks are empowered to speak up and make decisions. I’ve found that this leads to better ownership of the outcomes and helps to reduce churn where we sometimes tend to over-rotate on decisions.

Joined SCE in 2007 as an APP2 in BCD (now CED), roles in CED included: Account Executive, Regulatory, Customer Care COE, Data Analytics COE, Business Process Improvement; Op Finance, CS Business Planning / CoS to SVP, COVID PMO, DPPM, DPM

Coach soccer, often travels to Las Vegas for a Raiders games, loves to travel, go camping, and amateur golfer
What does Russ do outside of work?
I witnessed a personal watercraft accident at Lake Powell. The friend was not experienced, overly confident and distracted. They collided and caused great bodily injury. He would have died if we had not made it in time to the marina for the ambulance.
