No.
I don't give out any referrals. I may call you into my office after you return from a suspension or similar situation, but that's to discuss what happened and how to prevent that behavior from happening again.

Write a note to your teacher. Send me an email.
Why do students usually ask to see their counselor?
They have a problem or conflict or just need someone to really listen to them.
