The school counselors Ms. Nicholas and Mr.Rainey and the social worker Ms. Pickett. (Teachers and Staff at school also can help you with a problem you may be experiencing)
Is it okay to feel angry?
YES! Everyone has feelings and feelings are healthy, it is what you do when you feel angry that is important.

Ask your teacher and your teacher will contact Mr. Rainey. Your parent can call and set up a time too!

No, the conversation you have with Mr. Rainey is private.

Talk to an adult like Mr. Rainey. I can help you discover find tools like drawing a picture, exercising, listening to music...or other things that help to make you feel good!

No! Mr. Rainey will not tell you what to do, rather she will help you think about what you want, and the different choices you can make.

NO!!! The counseling office is a safe place for you to come when ever you have something on your mind or something you need help with!
