Soldiers identified as being in Precision Retention will now be processed in the same manner OPT3 is processed, IAW with this message, under Precision Retention rules. Soldiers identified as Precision Retention with more than 10 years AFS, regardless of the ROW, must submit for reclassification IAW RPT 26-02.

No, only one reenlistment option (OPT4 or OPT5) can be requested at a time via hotline.
Counselors will not submit a hotline with both CONUS and OCONUS locations. OPT4 and OPT5 are two separate categories, hotlines will be returned if AOPs for both options are in the request.
Hey! I know I don't get a bonus but I sold leave when I reenlisted, where is my money?

The 3340 must be submitted to Finance.
If the Career Counselor failed to input the leave sold in the confirm screen, a CMS case must be submitted by Retention Ops to include the contract and 3340 which shows the Soldier intent to sell leave.
Something stinks, I reenlisted for an assignment but my orders were revoked. Where can the Career Counselor look to find out why

Looking over my Career Counselors shoulder I see a bunch of cool locations in retain, the requisitions start with 00, 5G and SB and have report dates I want, can we take them if they are still available?
NO, Those are unauthorized requsisitons that sometimes flow into retain. 00 is PCS length training req, 5G is Recruiting command and SB is Nato.

I want to PCS, but Im in MACP and my spouse only has a year time on station how can we go together?
Soldier can request OCONUS assignment and request MACP consideration for the Spouse to accompany them. This ONLY works if the spouse has met the year TOS requirement at current duty station and the assignment is OCONUS.
I want to reenlist now becuase there is a big bonus for my MOS but my ETS is 2 and a half years out. How can I get that money?
ETP from HQDA Retention must be approved PRIOR to reenlistment in order to pay a bonus to a Soldier whose ETS is beyond 24 months from reenlistment date
There's no resetting Options for a Soldier with this pollinating AEA code meaning Under consideration for elimination of service. You can send up this kind of request for them though.
