Unhook the fear of the speech from the choices one makes - feel and think fear - but we don't have to act upon them. Fear-based actions often move us away from what we really want to be doing.

Actions change perceptions. The more time you give yourself to think about something, the more likely you are to waffle. The best antidote to anxiety is action, so commit to acting.
