Special ability God gives to certain members of the Body of Christ to recognize the potential and contribution of others, to set immediate and long-range goals in the church, and to put in place measures for the realization of goals. (1 Cor 12:28 and Titus 1:5)
1 Corinthians 12:8-28- ....And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.
Romans 12: 6-8, We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

Wisdom

Patience/Perseverance
Ability to endure hurt, stressful situations, prolonged delay of things expected to come to fruition. Proverbs 14:29, Proverbs 15:18, 1 Thessalonians 5:14, Romans 12:12, 2 Timothy 4:2, James 1:2 and Act 20:24
