You'll need one of these for every girl, at every event/activity/meeting; it should be updated annually
Girl Scout Health history form and medical release
This money is paid to national council (GS USA) and is required for a girl to be an active member
National Membership Dues - due by October of each year, but we have "early bird" day each year in the Spring!
